I have decided, that as a nice little aside for this blog, I’m going to make my own home brew.
It will probably be something such as this but here is where you come in…
Have you made home brew before? Any handy hints and tips to give an ale making rookie? Perhaps you just want to put your name down to sample some when it’s ready!

I’ve never made it myself, but my nan used to – hence earning the name ‘Beer nanny.’
I was pretty young at the time, but I distinctly remember that the process of making it ABSOLUTELY STUNK!!! Maybe invest in a nose peg!?

Well, I bought a home brew kit from Tesco, never got round to setting it up or buying the co2 equipment. The box makes a nice table.
I’m sure if you pull out some good results I’ll most likely be tempted to set the thing up!
